Terri Herren, President
The Herren Dimension

With more than 25 years experience in human resources and organizational development, Terri provides company leaders with practical business solutions and processes to optimize HR. She has held leadership positions in a regional public accounting firm, a regional engineering/construction firm, and a Fortune 100 manufacturing company.

Prior to starting The Herren Dimension in 2007, Terri helped increase the competitive advantage of a regional CPA firm by developing and implementing progressive people processes. These initiatives resulted in changing the internal culture and external perception from a traditionally-run firm to a more progressive, employee engaged business. The firm was recognized as a “Best Places to Work” in South Carolina.

Terri has a degree in sociology from Newberry College and a master of human resources development degree from Clemson University. In Greenville, South Carolina where she resides, Terri is active on the Chamber of Commerce Strategic HR Committee, serving as 2008 Chair, and in the Society for Human Resources Management.
