She has held leadership positions in a regional public accounting firm, a regional engineering/construction firm, and a Fortune 100 manufacturing company.
Prior to starting The Herren Dimension in 2007, Terri helped increase the competitive advantage of a regional CPA firm by developing and implementing progressive people processes. These initiatives resulted in changing the internal culture and external perception from a traditionally-run firm to a more progressive, employee engaged business. The firm was recognized as a “Best Places to Work” in South Carolina.
