With 25 years experience in organizational and human resource development, Terri specializes in helping companies optimize their value proposition by aligning people processes with strategic business objectives.  She has held leadership positions in a regional public accounting firm, a regional engineering/construction firm, and a Fortune 100 manufacturing company.

Prior to starting her business, Terri helped increase the competitive advantage of a regional CPA firm by developing and implementing progressive people processes to include a women’s leadership initiative, a coaching program, an accelerated career development process, and strategic recruiting and intern programs.  These initiatives resulted in changing the internal culture and external perception from a traditionally-run firm to a more progressive, people-centered business. In 2007 the firm was recognized as one of the five large companies “Best Places to Work” in South Carolina.   

       
 

Terri attributes successes to her passion for the development of professionals and their organizations, an uncompromising desire to be on the cutting edge, and collaborative efforts with leaders throughout the nation.  She has a degree in sociology from Newberry College and a master of human resources development degree from Clemson University.  In Greenville, South Carolina where she resides, Terri serves as chair for the Chamber of Commerce Strategic HR Committee and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
